The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is a non-profit organization which supports the Marine Corps' annual toy drive. It also distributes educational and informational materials to the general public, and arranges for national corporations to include information about Toys for Tots in their paid advertisements and conducts an education and public relations program every year.

The Cots 4 Tots story began in 2010 with a fundraising appeal to Bristol's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) located at St Michael's Hospital. Since its inception, the charity has raised tens of thousands of pounds to assist families with sick or premature babies in the West of England and South Wales. Its work includes providing family accommodation facilities as well as the latest equipment for the NICU.
